Shipping policy

Important information

 

✨ IMPORTANT: All the items in the shop are shipped separately and are subject to different shipping times.

 

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays that might be caused by the carrier.

Once the parcels leave our warehouse, they become the carrier's responsibility.

Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout.

It is responsibility of the customer to pay import duties/ customs upon arrival that may apply. 

If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will be lost. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fees again to receive it. 

Please note that Canada Post or other carriers do not deliver during weekends.

Orders are delivered only on business days.

Delivery, handling and custom charges are non-refundable.


How do you ship the items?

To minimize environmental impact, your prints are shipped in triangular boxes to replace the plastic-capped tubes. This also allows the print to arrive in perfect condition.

Your notebooks will be shipped in bubble lined envelopes to ensure that your favorite products arrive home safely.

Your mug will be shipped in a cardboard box, great for keeping it safe while supporting the environment by reducing environmental footprint.

Your t-shirts will be shipped in recycled (PCR) polymer mailers, great for keeping it safe while supporting the environment by reducing environmental footprint.

Your tote bag orders will be shipped in a few different ways depending on the item quantity in the order:

- For smaller orders, the tote bags will be put directly into a satchel without any tissue as we would like to minimize packaging as much as possible to reduce waste. The material of the satchel could range from waterproof kraft paper bags, and plant-based plastic bags, to polythene mailers, depending on the size of the order.

- For larger orders (roughly more than 8 tote bags), our tote bags could be shipped with cardboard boxes. 

 

When will I get my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order and the shipping times vary based on your country.

For art prints:

- USA: 3-6 business days

- Europe: 7-13 business days

- Australia: 5-8 business days

- Rest of the world: 10- 15 business days

For postcards

- USA: 6-13 business days

- Europe: 9-13 business days

- Australia: 6-9 business days

- Rest od the world: 9-16 business days

For notebooks:

- USA: 2-5 business days

- Europe: 10- 30 business days

- Australia: 10-15 business days

- Rest of the world: 10- 30 business days

For mugs:

- USA: 7-10 business days

- Europe: 7-14 business days

- Australia: 4-10 business days

- Rest of the world: 7- 14 business days

- USA: 3-6 business days

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at miss.pink.coconut@gmail.com within a week time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
